We are all busy people and trying to juggle both work, family and emails is a challenge most of us face. Now you can schedule your email to be sent at a time that suits you using GMAIL.
This can be very beneficial if you are working late in the evening and do not want to send emails after office hours, working at a weekend or planning for future events. Follow the steps below.
You create your email as you usually would.
Insert your content and place your recipients.
Next to the send button, click the small down arrow and the option ‘Schedule send’ will appear.
Click the schedule send option.
Decide when you would like the email to be sent, select the date and time, then click send. The email will be sent at this time.
